FINANCIAL SERVICES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP & COMPLIANCE TRAINING
Large global financial services firm partners with InSync Training to develop and implement a compliance training program for their internal workforce, emphasizing adherence to federal regulations.
INITIAL ENGAGEMENT:
InSync Training was selected from a competitive field of approximately 12 contenders. This selection process was influenced by InSync's ability to meet stringent policy requirements and adopt new data protocols tailored for the financial services client's content.
COMPLIANCE & SCREENING PROCESSES
Client's commitment to federal compliance necessitated an extensive screening process for all service providers. This involved rigorous background checks and fingerprinting of our staff, a process that spanned approximately eight months. Concurrently, we engaged in the design of training materials to ensure readiness by the time our staff completed compliance requirements.
TRAINING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
The training program, focused on internal staff development, required careful attention to the nuances of the finance sector. An essential aspect of our relationship with the client was the careful management of financial interactions.
COLLABORATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
The strategic focus of the program was to train the client's internal workforce on compliance with new regulations introduced by entities like the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. This initiative was critical in the period following the bureau's establishment, as banks strived to align with new standards.
InSync's role transitioned from initial content design to a more implementation-focused approach, with the client taking over the creation of new materials. InSync's services continue to be in demand for ongoing support and facilitation of these training programs.
