Are you currently responsible for designing and implementing learning and development projects? This workshop is designed to provide a review of program management fundamentals, with a specific contextual focus on learning and development projects.

This offering provides specific, actionable insights on the unique characteristics, measures, and targeted individualized coaching relating to learning and development projects. Participants will develop practical skills using case-based and problem-based experiences with real-world examples (including those brought in by participants) to develop effective program management artifacts (Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Delivery Schedule, Resource Plan, Evaluation and Measurement Plan, etc.).
Participants are encouraged to bring actual learning and development project tasking and organizational objectives to use as the basis for their workshop practicum.

- Apply project management methodologies to real-world learning and development projects, utilizing personal or organizational examples to practice and refine skills during the practicum.
- Evaluate project progress through critical measurement and evaluation strategies to ensure successful learning and development outcomes
